Shipping

At Create the Best Toys, we offer  flat rate shipping across Australia and extra for larger items such as STEM kits or bulkier toys. We also offer a free Click & Collect service from our South Melbourne Market location. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, CouriersPlease, or Aramex with Authority to Leave—if you prefer otherwise, please mention it in the notes at checkout. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location. Please ensure all address and payment information is entered correctly—we are not responsible for delays or extra shipping fees caused by incorrect details.

Returns

We happily accept returns within 28 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale and promotional items can be returned for a credit note only. Please email us at createtbt@outlook.com.au before returning any items. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using tracked shipping. If you paid via Afterpay, a 6% restocking fee applies; for all other payment methods, a 3% fee applies to cover processing costs. Items must be returned securely packaged—we reserve the right to deduct costs for any damage incurred during return transit. Faulty items or exchanges for size or variant can also be arranged by contacting us directly.
